Returns Policy

At NewcastleHype we have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return, we will only accept the return on the basis that the item does not fit. We do not accept returns if you don't like the item or that you no longer want them.

Exchange

We will firstly look at exchanging the item to the correct size, if we do not have the item available we will provide a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, allowing for the fact that it has been tried on.

To start a return, you can contact us at returns@newcastlehype.com or via instagram message @newcastlehype with the subject as 'Return Request' We aim to reply within 12-24 hours and from there we will provide you with instructions. 

You must send the return the item fully tracked, insured and doubled box, as how it was initially received. We will not cover the shipping fees.

Incorrect Size or Product Received?

In the unlikely event that you have received the incorrect size or product, we offer a 14 day policy in which you must contact us us. We will organise the return and once received and verified we will send out your replacement. The item must be unworn and in the condition it was received.

Receiving the refund

Once we have received your item our team will verify it and approve the condition, once approved we will refund you immediately and make you aware that we have done so. Please allow up to 3-5 working days for your refund to show up in your account. 

For items that 'do not fit' shipping costs will not be refunded.
